ITS awarded re-engineering project from a major Telecom Services Company (January 2004)

A major Telecom Services Provider has contracted ITS in re-design, development, and testing of the gateway for the Local Number Portability Solution for their client. This will improve the performance and increase the stability of the system to meet the requirements of the Wireless Number Portability (WNP).

ITS Client renews major contract (Field Access) for 2005 (January 2005)

A major Telecom Services company has renewed a contract with ITS for 2005. Under this contract, ITS will perform all maintenance, support, and enhancement for a Field Force Access system. This system is deployed over 9 states and is accessed by over 15,000 service technicians to resolve trouble tickets and provision new service orders.

Another Major Contract (Service Management System) renewed (January 2005)

In another instance of clients imposing their faith in ITS time and again, one of our major clients has renewed a contract for 2005 to perform all maintenance, enhancement, and support for critical subsystems of an Advanced Service Management System in support of Local Number Portability (LNP). This system is used by service providers offering local phone services in a competitive market, to provide LNP, as mandated by the FCC
